                               RESOLUTION NO. 19473
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM TEXTILE PRINTING COMPANY,
                   RELATIVE TO THE CENTRAL AVENUE WIDENING
                   PROJECT, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($200.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Textile Printing Company, 
relative
       to the Central Avenue Widening Project, for a total consideration 

       of $200.00.
